Co-founder of Full Package Athletics, Steve is regarded as one of the finest basketball teachers in the nation. He has trained thousands of athletes, including professional athletes Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Thabo Sefolosha, Brian Cook and Ruth Riley among many others. Every summer Steve prepares college players for the NBA Draft.
Dmitry has been with Full Package since the summer of 2010 after graduating from Delta State University. At DSU Dmitry was a co-captain, Academic All-Conference and Academic All-American Mention (2010). After graduating, Dmitry started to train with Steve Pratt, NBA teams, and pro players. Pirshin is a certified personal trainer that specializes in strength, plyometrics, balance, conditioning, and proprioception exercises with a basketball. Dmitry has learned how to train players through some of the best college, European, and NBA athletic trainers and strength/conditioning coaches.
Kahleaf played basketball in college for the University of Miami before transferring to Florida Atlantic University. He began coaching for Full Package in the summer of 2009 and has been a fixture at Full Package's camps, leagues and travel teams ever since. Russell's easy going personality and ability to teach any age, from 4th graders to college athletes, has made him an incredible asset for Full Package. Kahleaf is helping coach the 7th and 8th grade Full Package fall and winter travel teams during the 2009 and 2010 season.
DJ Morris graduated from St. Viator last spring as starting point guard for the Varsity Boys team. He trained with Steve Pratt throughout his high school career and developed as an excellent player through his dedicated work ethic. After a year of assisting at camps and training programs, DJ has become a great coach and trainer for Full Package. He has the unique ability to take players to the next level on and off the court.
Andres grew up in Texas and averaged 32 point per game as a senior in high school. He continued his basketball career at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, where he met Steve Pratt. Since meeting, working with and learning from Steve he has learned a great deal about playing and coaching basketball. Andres played for a year at Louisiana Tech and is now finishing his basketball career at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois. Andres has focused countless hours on bettering himself as a person, a coach, and a player so that he can help young students of the game.
Brooke Weisbrod is new to the Full Package family. She began assisting our girls elite teams this past spring in practices and with the successful Full Package/Girl Up partnership. Brooke grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and became a three-sport standout at Coastal Carolina University. In 2007, she was inducted into the University's Hall of Fame. After graduating, Weisbrod joined ESPN in 2004 as a college basketball analyst.
We are excited to announce that Full Package is partnering with Brooke and will be holding a series of skills training sessions for girls. We are confident that Brooke's work on and off the court will significantly impact the development of our girls players and teams. She is a great role model for all young athletes and an exceptional addition to the Full Package Family.
