Matt is the co-owner and president of the Full Package Girls Basketball program, and has coached many of our teams to top 20 national rankings. Matt is also regarded as one of the best girls basketball instructors in Illinois. He has coached at various high schools in the area and played at Brandeis University. During the day, Matt is a 7th and 8th grade Social Studies teacher at Deer Path Middle School in Lake Forest.

Co-founder of Full Package Athletics, Steve is regarded as one of the finest basketball teachers in the nation. He has trained thousands of athletes, including professional athletes Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Thabo Sefolosha, Brian Cook and Ruth Riley among many others. Every summer Steve prepares college players for the NBA Draft.

Jenny has been a part of Full Package since she was in 7th grade and has grown up in the Full Package family. She was a 4 year All-Conference player and All-State player at Carmel High School. Jenny went on to play her freshman year at Syracuse University before transferring to Northwestern to play her sophomore through senior years. Jenny's ability to engage kids in their development is so beneficial to her and our players' successes.
Jenny has coached several grade school travel teams for Full Package over the past 6 years, including leading our top 5th grade team to a 2nd place finish in AAU State. She also coached the sophomore basketball team at Carmel Catholic High School in 2010-2011. Finally, Jenny is the head coach for our 6th Grade Elite teams this 2011-2012 season.
Jenny is now the Director of Girl's Basketball at Full Package. She is in charge of all 4th-8th grade teams, as well as 9th-11th grade non-elite teams. Please contact her with any questions regarding training or travel programs.

A former Division I basketball player at Brown University, Rick Kolsky has been coaching youth sports on the North Shore for the past 22 years. By day, Rick is a business consultant and lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Rick's philosophy is, "Develop leadership, teamwork, and skills. Victory and a lifelong love of the game will follow." Since 2003, Rick has coached our 6th and 7th grade girls elite teams, including a final-8 finish at the 2004 AAU Nationals.

Coach Elliot Whitefield has been with Full Package for 6 years, coaching our elite girls' teams at the high school levels. Elliot has over twenty years of coaching experience at the high school level, as well as, owned and operated numerous basketball camps throughout the Midwest.
Coach Whitefield has a wealth of basketball knowledge, is an excellent motivator and teaches our players about the importance of team basketball.
Coach Whitefield is the Head Varsity Girls Basketball coach at Evanston High School. He also is a Special Education teacher at Niles West High School. Elliot is married (Denise) and has two children (Ashley and Robert).

Kahleaf played basketball in college for the University of Miami before transferring to Florida Atlantic University. He began coaching for Full Package in the summer of 2009 and has been a fixture at Full Package's camps, leagues and travel teams ever since. Russell's easy going personality and ability to teach any age, from 4th graders to college athletes, has made him an incredible asset for Full Package.
Arick Ellis has coached with Full Package for 5 years coaching at the junior high and high school levels. Arick has coached other boys’ and girls’ feeder and school teams for 14 years. Arick played basketball at Knox College and is currently a second grade teacher in Lake Bluff, where he has taught for the past 13 years. Arick enjoys building relationships with his players and helping them develop into better players and people.
Sunshine played high school basketball and womens' club basketball at Northwestern University. Sunshine has been coaching players from 5-80 years old, for the past 14 years. She currently coaches two womens' senior olympics basketball teams and actively recruits and develops players for that arena. Andres grew up in Texas and averaged 32 point per game as a senior in high school. He continued his basketball career at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, where he met Steve Pratt. Since meeting, working with and learning from Steve he has learned a great deal about playing and coaching basketball. Andres then went on to play at Louisiana Tech for a year before deciding to take this year to focus on bettering himself as a person, a coach and a player so that he can help young students of the game.
Coach Harris was an all-conference player at Proviso West before transferring to city power Westinghouse, where he won a city championship and his team finished ranked #2 in the country (they defeated Simeon and Derrick Rose in the city championship game). Coach Harris played for Division I Jacksonville State University for one season before finishing out his final 3 years of eligibility playing for Division I University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he averaged 10 points and 4 assists per game.
Coach Harris' mantra: Hard work pays off, you have to want to become a better player! Good sportsmanship and Playing together as a team are our goals, and we need to learn to accept the wins and losses. Get better everyday and Work hard Everyday!
Chamissa Anderson graduated from Trinity International University in May of 2011 where she played a successful 4 seasons of college basketball. Chamissa started coaching at Full Package in November of 2011. She currently coaches our 6th and 7th grade girls. Her passion, patience and experience has enabled her to have a very successful first season.
Allison is currently a senior at Highland Park High School. Next year she will attend either Indiana University or the University of Illinois. Allison played for Full Package for 6 years. This is her first year coaching for full package. Over the summer she is a counselor at Camp Agawak, as well as the head of the basketball program there.
Dan has coached for Full Package for the last 5 years both in our girls and boys program. He has coached our travel teams and in our Fall Leagues. Dan's love for the game really shows in the relationships that he develops with the kids and their desire to play for him. Dan has coached at Regina High School with the Sophomore girls teams for 3 years and has also coached the boys 7th and 8th grade teams at St. Francis in Wilmette. Dan has about 20 years of coaching experience.
Danielle graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Physical Education in May, 2010. She is currently the Director of Youth Basketball at Full Package. Danielle has been developing youth in North Shore summer sports camps for the past 4 years as a counselor at Northbrook Park District and a Director of the Ponytail Division (grades K-2) at Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls. This year, Danielle was the 8th grade girls basketball coach at Sears School in Kenilworth. Coach Levin played basketball at Stevenson High School.

Ashley coached 3rd grade boys basketball for Dundee Park District for 2 seasons, as well as 5th through 8th grade girls at Dundee-Crown Summer camp. Ashley coached 5th grade girls travel basketball for Winnetka travel and the park district this past year. Although Ashley is new to Full Package, we don't doubt that she will be a great addition. Her passion and knowledge of the game will surely lend her teams to experience great success.
Julie grew up in Rogers, Arkansas and has been playing basketball competitively since she was 13. Julie was an All-State/All-Conference player in high school in Arkansas before committing to Northwestern University, During college, Julie battled several injuries and underwent a couple of surgeries which hindered her playing ability. Julie has been coaching since she was in high school and is the head JV/ Asst. Varsity coach at North Shore Country Day School in Winnetka, IL.
