PHILOSOPHY -- Developing Athletes Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally
Full Package Athletics’ mission is to provide progressive and challenging training for athletes seeking to improve themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where players will grow and learn to become strong leaders, good teammates, and better athletes than they were before they started. The culture of our company is fueled by positive energy that pushes athletes to pursue excellence.
TRAINING-- Receive unsurpassed Player Development Training
Full Package Athletics prides itself on being the industry’s leader in player development. Steve Pratt, one of the nation’s preeminent basketball teachers who trains NBA and WNBA players, spearheads our basketball program. (Read more about our coaches on the following page.) Pratt and the rest of our professional coaching staff stress fundamentals, skill development, and attitude above everything. This, we believe, best serves and prepares players for their upcoming school season and beyond.
COMPETITION-- Compete at the Highest Level
Full Package Athletics fields highly competitive teams with players all over the greater Chicagoland area. At many age levels we host several teams. We strongly believe the best way to get better is to compete at a higher level. Competition is the best barometer of skill level. We aim to schedule highly competitive tournaments and often times we place our teams in an older division. Several of our teams go on to play at national events, particularly in high school.
ACHIEVE -- Statewide & National Success
Full Package Athletics’ teams achieved a great deal of success last spring and summer on both the boys and girls levels. Last year we fielded 26 boys and girls travel teams, many of which won numerous tournaments and earned berths to its respective national AAU tournament. Please see below for some of our teams’ accomplishments last spring and summer.
