ELITE FITNESS INSTITUTE

Full Package Athletics, MVP Baseball and Elite Fitness Institute are pleased to announce the construction of a new speed and baseball facility in Vernon Hills, IL.  The facility, located at 555 Corporate Woods Parkway, features a 12,000 sq/ft team training complex.  The team training area includes a full-length batting cage and 40 x 25 yd running surface.

The facility also features a 4,500 sq/ft weight room that includes a full line of fitness and weight training equipment.  The lifting area consists of Cybex and Hammer Strength power machines, while the cardio room features Life Fitness and Precor ellipticals and treadmills.   

Elite Fitness Institute offers certified and professional trainers for individual and team training as well.  Through individualized programs and small group sessions, athletes will improve strength, endurance, stability, agility, stamina, coordination and explosiveness in their chosen sport.
