Billy Welcome
The Director of Operations, Billy is a fixture at all Full Package's basketball camps and is in charge of the boys travel program.
After playing collegiately at St. Lawrence University in New York, Billy began working basketball camps across the country. Billy also is in charge of Full Package's reputed travel basketball program and gives individual and semi-private training lessons.
